My neighbor uses green electrical tape on his drinking water hose, total game changer. After faithm70's garbage can story, I finally get why that matters so much.

Wait, you're telling me some people don't mark their hoses? That's how you end up taking a swig from the one you just used to rinse out a garbage can. The taste never really leaves you.
