inMy take on color coding in my planner has completely changed after a messy week
Switched to one pen after my color system messed up during a busy week. It helped me write faster without worrying about picking the right color. Simple is better when you need to get things done quickly.

inGot offered a supervisor role but I'm hesitant
Consider all that paperwork they mentioned. It is not just filing reports. You get stuck approving timesheets, tracking everyone's vacation days, and writing up performance reviews. The real time sink is dealing with budget stuff and explaining why your team needs basic supplies. That admin work can eat up half your day, leaving less time for the actual job you were good at.

inMy therapist recommended meds, but I read about big pharma ties.
That part about the industry being sketchy but the meds helping anyway is so real. I see this everywhere now, where we have to use broken systems for things we need. Like how social media is bad for us but it's the only way to stay in touch, or buying from big companies when you know they treat workers poorly. We're stuck choosing between what's good for us and what's right, and it's exhausting. Why does it feel like everything helpful comes with a bad side we have to ignore?
