I used to think quarterly tax payments were just a hassle, but getting hit with a $1200 penalty last year proved me wrong.
I was convinced I could just pay a lump sum, but the IRS doesn't play around. How do you guys stay on top of your estimated payments without it eating up your whole week?

Honestly I don't get why everyone needs a special app for everything. I mean, a basic notes app or even a paper notebook works fine for tracking most stuff. Maybe it's just me but apps feel like overkill sometimes.

You ask about the app, but I'm more curious what "it" is. Tracking can mean a hundred different things. Are we talking workouts, money, mood, or something else? The best app totally depends on the actual goal. I've wasted time on apps that were wrong for the job.
