Figured out why my grocery list keeps changing itself

I kept finding items on my list that I didn't write. Thought I was going crazy. Started taking a photo of the list right after I make it. Now I can prove the changes are real. It's a small thing, but it helps me stay sane.

Try keeping a digital list with timestamps next. Makes it impossible to argue with the data when you see exactly when something was added.

Totally agree. Timestamps cut through all the bullshit. I use a basic text file and just note the date and time. Works every time.

So when you go back to that text file, are you mostly looking for patterns over time or just pulling up a specific date to win an argument?
