Spindle lube leak almost wrecked my machine

No kidding, @derek_hill. Those leaks can make a real mess. I've had to clean out gunk from the bearing housing more times than I care to remember. Once it's clean, the grinding often stops because it was just crap in the way. Just don't ignore it too long or you'll be buying a new spindle. Trust me, I learned that the hard way.

Am I the only one who misses the surprise element of garage sales?

Last Saturday at the flea market, my buddy Jake found a broken neon sign shaped like a taco. We spent hours laughing about where it came from and who would buy it. But what makes those moments stick with you more than just getting a package in the mail? Is it the shared guesswork, like trying to figure out if that vintage toaster still works, or something else? Online, you just open a box and maybe feel let down, but with friends, even the letdowns become stories. Do you think the thrill is mostly about the hunt together, or the weird stuff you end up with?

Showerthought: Our park cleanup day turned into an unexpected eye health moment

Sounds like you really made their day with that free advice, man.

Crafting succulent wreaths has become my most requested item

But is selling out that fast really a win? It sounds like you're stuck in a cycle where you can't even enjoy making them anymore, just stressing to keep up. That kind of pressure can make a fun craft feel like a factory job and burn you out quick. Maybe it's better to slow down, raise your prices a lot, and make fewer without the rush.

My closet cleanup is a mess without my bullet journal!

Oh man, I feel this so hard. Last spring I tried making a whole detailed list of every clothing category before I touched a single hanger. I spent like an hour just writing "t-shirts: casual, workout, sleep" and then totally lost my nerve to actually get rid of stuff. Ended up putting everything back. Your method of just diving in with the bags sounds way more useful. Getting the stuff out of your hands and into a bag makes the choice real, you know? I'm gonna try that next time.
