inVent: I don't get why so many guys dismiss simulator training.
Seriously, what if these polished simulators are teaching us to value the wrong skills? They reward perfect button pressing but totally ignore the gut feelings and quick fixes you learn from actual mistakes. We might be training people to handle a screen instead of a real problem.

inI doubted the need for a full crew on big orders.
Seeing an order for 800 custom pieces go out yesterday proved the team thing for me. I actually gasped when I read the original post doubting crew size. @henry_fox admitting he was wrong is a big deal because it's so easy to underestimate. One person trying to handle that many items would miss so many details. We learned the hard way during a holiday rush with half the staff. Every single role, from labeling to loading, needs a focused person to keep things smooth.

inA bad reaction taught me to ease into acne treatments
Oh same! I used to just jump in with the strong stuff too. Learned the hard way that starting slow saves your skin so much grief.

inShowerthought: My DIY spice rack project ended with a cinnamon disaster
Actually whole cumin seeds are way less messy than the ground powder. They just scatter and roll into corners, they don't make that crazy cloud. Finding little brown seeds for weeks is annoying, but it doesn't coat everything in yellow dust like turmeric or something would.
