inWarning: My neighbor's coupon strategy proved me wrong
Yeah, that part about it seeming small but having a big impact is so true. I used to skip over coupons because it felt like hunting for pennies. Then I tried it for just groceries and was shocked when my receipt showed $15 off. It really does build up without you noticing.

inI finally had to stop a coworker from using the wrong cleaner on tinted glass
Yeah, that's a HUGE deal because cleaners with ammonia can actually break down the tint film fast. Once it's messed up, you need a whole new film and that costs a ton. It's wild how many folks just grab any bottle without reading. We started color coding our sprays after a close call. This stuff should be part of the basic job talk for sure. That quick mistake can ruin expensive work in seconds.

inMy aunt's blunt inquiry at dinner left me cringing inside
That blunt inquiry might just be her awkward way of showing she cares about your cousin's success.

inRant: Traveling to that tool demo changed my mind on learning alone
That Vermont demo is a perfect example. I see the same thing when my neighbor fixes his truck in the garage, watching him work explains more than any manual.

inBlunt bobs bring happy clients back
My old salon had one of those three way mirrors in the corner. I always start with the client facing forward, then have them turn their head slowly side to side watching the line in the back glass. The real test is when they stand up and walk a few steps, you see if it swings evenly. If it sits perfectly still when they're still but moves as one piece when they walk, you nailed it. That's what keeps them coming back.
