inAfter months of cloudy skies, I managed to snap a clear pic of the Milky Way
Light pollution makes astro photos look washed out. Heard from a photographer that camera settings can only do so much against city glow. True dark skies are the real fix.

inSerious question, are we letting art sites ruin our image quality?
Honestly, keeping the original high-res files is the real game changer. Scaling up always loses some quality no matter what trick you use. That lesson cost me a whole afternoon once.

inUpdate: Our fridge note battle made me see celeb parent gossip in a new way
Yeah, I see that all the time with local news too. They'll take some tiny neighborhood disagreement about a fence line or loud music and frame it like it's a major political standoff. It's the same machine, just smaller, because they need to fill time and get clicks from whatever's nearby.

@blairm93, your fix for blurry files is smart. Once I had to print posters from low-res logos, and scaling up made everything blocky. I ended up redrawing vector versions from scratch, which took hours. Your method would have saved me so much time. Now I always keep originals at high resolution for any project.

inDelaying our start due to murky water added a full month to the job. Team split on if it was smart.
Man that's a tough call, but how much would it have cost if you hit something you couldn't see? I totally get the pressure to meet a date, but man, a safety risk is a REAL safety risk. A messed up schedule stinks, but a BIG equipment repair or worse would have sunk you way worse. Your gut to wait was right.
