My smart blender went dumb after 6 months of hype

I bought that viral BlendJet 2 blender everyone was posting about last summer. It worked great for smoothies for like 3 months, then the battery just stopped holding a charge. I reached out to customer support and they sent a replacement, but that one died too after maybe 2 months. Has anyone else had these things fail super fast or is it just me with bad luck?
