PSA: I finally tried that 'post every day for 30 days' advice for my old meme account

The account had flatlined at 200 followers for a year. After the month, I gained 12 followers and my most popular post got 7 likes. Anyone else have a viral strategy that just... didn't?

Yeah, that's the most frustrating part. You do everything right and it still goes nowhere, while someone else does the same thing and wins the lottery. It really does feel random sometimes.

Felt that. Tried the "use trending audio" trick on my cat's page last month. Picked a song that blew up, filmed a cute clip, everything. Got three views, two were probably me checking it. Sometimes the algorithm just shrugs. Watched a guy do the exact same bit with his dog and get a million likes. Makes you want to throw your phone in a lake.
