Why does nobody talk about using the air fryer for leftover pizza?
I was at my buddy's place in Denver last weekend and he threw a cold slice of pepperoni in his air fryer for 3 minutes at 350. It came out way better than the microwave, with a crispy crust and melted cheese. I've been doing it all week now. What other leftover foods have you guys tried bringing back to life in the air fryer?

Isn't the real trick to reheat it at a lower temp? I do mine at 300 for like 5 minutes so the cheese doesn't get weird. It keeps the crust from getting too hard.

My go-to is 350 for 7 minutes in a toaster oven. The slightly higher heat gets the bottom crisp again without making the top rubbery. It's the only way I can get that fresh-out-of-the-box feel.
