I finally asked a question that got me banned from a subreddit last week...

Getting banned for asking a question is a real badge of honor. I got the boot from a gaming sub for asking if a certain weapon was considered cheap. The mod just said "rule 3" and muted me. Some places just can't handle a simple conversation.

That "rule 3" thing gets me. Reminds me of a cooking forum where I asked if store-bought broth was okay for a recipe. Got a week ban for "low effort." They said I should make my own stock from scratch. Like, who has time for that? Just wanted to know if the boxed stuff would ruin my soup.

Oh man, that's brutal. I once got my comment deleted on a book forum for saying I liked a popular author. The mod said it was "low value discussion" and told me to write a full review instead. I just wanted to say I liked the guy's books. Guess I'm a real troublemaker too, huh? What simple thing got you in trouble somewhere?
