Question about switching from paper notes to digital notes

I used to keep a physical notebook for everything like meeting notes and random ideas. But about 3 months ago I switched to a free app called Notion and it changed how I organize stuff. Now I can search for something from 6 weeks ago in 2 seconds instead of flipping through pages. Has anyone else made the switch and found a specific tool that works better for them?

Honestly heard a podcast where a guy said digital notes saved him hours per week searching for stuff.

@jordan_henderson13 I heard that same podcast probably and I see where he's coming from but I have to disagree. For me the issue is I can never remember to actually put stuff into a digital system. I tried it for a few months but I'd end up with notes all over the place, some on my phone, some on my laptop, and then I'd spend more time organizing them than I would just flipping through paper. I think for someone who already has good habits with technology it might work but for me it just added another layer of frustration.
