Compared HubSpot to a smaller CRM for our 12-person team in Chicago... night and day difference
We ran HubSpot for 18 months and I thought it was fine until we switched to a smaller platform called Pipedrive. The onboarding alone took a week off our time, and the reporting actually makes sense for our sales cycle. HubSpot felt like it was built for companies with 100+ employees, not for our size. Has anyone else found a CRM that scales down better?

I still can't figure out basic filter views in HubSpot and I'm the one who set them up.

Wait, you mean I'm not the only one who sets up filters and then can't figure out how to use them a week later, @amyh12? I do that with every new tool I touch. I swear I spend more time googling "how to find my own saved views" than actually using them. It's like my brain just blanks out on the menu location. I'm convinced there's a secret rule that once you name a filter view, the software hides it from you.
