Hit 10,000 feet of coaxial cable pulled in a single day last Tuesday

Been doing installs for about 6 years now and never really tracked my daily totals. Last Tuesday we had a big new apartment complex job and I ended up pulling that much between 7am and 3pm. My foreman checked the spool count at the end and I didn't believe him until he showed me the math. Has anyone else ever hit a crazy daily pull number like that?

Wait, are you sure you pulled 10,000 feet of coax in 8 hours? That's over 20 feet per minute, which seems insane for conduit work or even a straight pull.

Did your foreman double check the spool actually wasn't partly empty when you started?

Wait, are we talking about the same kind of pull here? I've run a few thousand feet of coax through conduit myself and honestly 20 feet per minute sounds about right if you've got a good crew and the path is clean... but it falls apart real quick if you hit a bad bend or have to fight the slack. The spool thing is a real problem too, I've had guys swear they checked it but then you're 100 feet in and realize you're running thin. It's one of those things where you gotta keep an eye on it yourself instead of just trusting the foreman's word on it.
