I used to think all celebrity apologies were fake until I saw that one from the singer in Nashville last year

I was watching that video where she cried and talked about her dad for like three minutes. It hit me that I was just looking for things to pick apart, not listening to what she was actually saying. I realized I was being part of the problem, treating real people like puzzles to solve. Has anyone else had a moment where a video made them question their own approach to this stuff?

Yeah that video got me too. It's easy to forget there's a person behind the screen. Makes you check your own attitude sometimes.

Right? People get way too comfy being jerks online. Saw a dude yesterday tearing apart some kid's art like he was a pro critic. Bet he wouldn't say that stuff face to face in a coffee shop. Keyboard courage is a real thing.

But @theajohnson, is it that deep? People are just bored.
