PSA: That apology from the actor in the LA dog park video last month felt so staged

Honestly, I watched his whole video from his kitchen in Malibu three times. He kept looking off camera like someone was feeding him lines, and he said 'I'm sorry if anyone was offended' like five times. Has anyone else noticed celebs using that phrase as a total cop out?
