Nice work hitting that mark, it's a huge deal. The FHA 203k renovation loan is the one that usually pops up around 640, right? That program is a game changer if you're looking at fixer-uppers. Just make sure you get a lender who really knows the ins and outs, because the paperwork can be a pain. I had to bug my guy constantly to keep things moving.
