Threw $120 at a 'viral' budget meal prep service, got three sad lunches

I saw this meal prep company blowing up on TikTok promising 15 minute healthy lunches for $4 each. Sign up was easy and the first box looked okay in the unboxing video. But when I opened the bags, half the veggies were wilted and the chicken smelled off right away. Two of the three meals went straight in the trash after one bite. Customer service ghosted me for a week before saying 'sorry, no refunds because it's fresh food.' Their ad claimed 95% customer satisfaction but I'm guessing they only count the people who didn't get sick. Has anyone else gotten fooled by those sponsored budget food stats?

Those viral reviews probably came from paid influencers who never even tried the food.

Hmm but how do you actually know they're paid though? Like is there any real proof these people are getting cash or just a lot of free food? Seems like everyone calls everything a sponsored post these days even when it's just some rando with 500 followers lol.
