Decided to switch from a physical intake form to a digital one for new clients
I was spending about 15 minutes per client just explaining and filling out the paper forms in my room. I picked a simple online form builder, and it was a rough start. The first week, three people said they couldn't figure out how to submit it. Do you think it's better to just stick with paper and save the headache?

Oh wow, three whole people? Guess we should all just go back to stone tablets then.

How many clients do you usually see in a week? I used to be all about paper forms because they felt easier to control. But after watching people struggle with my first digital form, I realized I just made it too complicated. A super simple form with clear buttons, tested on a friend first, saved me so much time in the long run. The initial headache was worth it to stop wasting those 15 minutes in the room.

Totally feel you on the digital form struggle. Made the same mistake of overcomplicating mine at first and it was a mess. Testing it on a clueless friend is the real pro tip, saves you from the angry confused faces later. That saved time adds up so fast, unlike whatever @angelam80 is trying to do with her three clients. Getting the simple version right is a game changer for sure.
