My local drive-thru went from a total mess to actually decent in about 3 months
They got a new manager who actually checks the orders before handing them out. Has anyone else seen a spot make a real turnaround like that?

Kelly's point about the bare minimum is fair, but a good manager does way more than just check bags. They train the crew properly so mistakes don't happen in the first place. They also handle the schedule so people aren't totally rushed. It's fixing the whole system, not just catching errors at the window.

Wow, a manager who actually does the bare minimum! It's amazing what happens when someone just looks at the order before handing it over. That should be the standard, not a miracle.

I get what you mean, but honestly I've seen how chaotic some places get. It's easy to miss a detail when you're swamped with tasks and short staffed. A little recognition when someone gets it right can actually help make it the norm.
