Shoutout to my water bottle on the desk

Freelancing made me forget to drink, leading to headaches. I started keeping a full bottle nearby and now feel much better. What little habit improved your day?

That Tim Ferriss podcast got me doing five-minute meditations.

Five minutes? That's the part you got stuck on? My mind is racing before I even get my legs crossed lol. Tried a one-minute breathing thing last week and spent forty-five seconds thinking about my grocery list. How does anyone get calm that fast? Tim Ferriss probably meditates between buying his third espresso and helicopter lesson.
