Man that cinnamon cloud sounds way too familiar. Did a similar thing last year with a brand new bag of cumin trying to install a shelf above my stove. Turned my whole kitchen yellow and it smelled like tacos for a solid week, not in a good way. The worst part was finding little piles of it inside cabinets days later.
