That "weekend indulgence" line got me. Tried making fresh pasta from scratch one Sunday because I felt fancy. The kitchen looked like a flour bomb went off, and I was still cleaning semolina out of the toaster on Tuesday. Kind of killed the relaxing vibe I was going for. Sometimes the indulgence is just ordering a pizza and calling it a win.
