Tried posting at 6am instead of noon and got triple the engagement

I usually post my woodworking stuff around lunchtime because that's when I check my phone. Last Tuesday I had my coffee early and accidentally shared a picture of a cutting board I made at 6am. By noon it had 3x more likes and comments than my usual posts. Now I'm wondering if the algorithm favors early birds or if it was just luck. Has anyone else seen a big shift from changing their posting time?

Used to think timing was all hype but you might be onto something here. I tested it myself last week and my early morning posts got way more traction than my usual afternoon ones. Enough to make me reconsider my whole posting schedule honestly.

What time zone are you in for that early morning test?

Night owl posts hit different, less competition to scroll past lol.

What time of day did you test exactly, like 5-6AM or later? I'm trying to figure out if the sweet spot is right when people wake up or after they've had their coffee and are actually scrolling. Been messing with different slots myself but haven't found a consistent winner yet.
