Wasted $200 on a fancy CRM for my cleaning business
Signed up for this big name CRM last month. Took me 3 days to set up and it was way too complicated for 2 employees. Anyone else find simple spreadsheets work better for small service businesses?

Call it what you want but three days is pretty standard when you're setting up a booth that actually looks professional. Have you ever tried running conduit for power under a carpeted floor, or aligning those modular wall panels so the seams don't show? My partner and I spent a full day just getting the lighting right for a product launch, and that was with a pre-planned layout. Then you add in branding materials, product displays, and testing all the tech. It takes time if you want people to actually stop and look.
