Question about those high-end digital scales everyone says you need
I spent $85 on a fancy one last year and honestly, my old $15 kitchen scale from the discount store gives me the same exact results, so why are we all told to upgrade?
You know, I bet the fancy scale people are the same ones who insist you need a gold-plated HDMI cable. My discount store special has measured flour, coffee, and even my cat when he sat on it out of spite. The numbers looked fine. If it can handle a grumpy 12-pound tabby, it can handle my baking.
