Totally get what you mean about those videos. I went in with a bunch of clips last time and actually got what I wanted. Makes the whole process way less stressful.

Going in with clips is a game changer, @bennett.paige. Otherwise you're just hoping they read your mind and that never ends well. Like that time I tried to describe 'beachy waves' and left looking like I stuck my finger in a socket. Or when I said 'just a trim' and came out with bangs I didn't ask for. Now I bring a whole folder of videos so we're both on the same page. Saves me from crying in the car afterwards.
