Just realized the whole 'feud' between those two actors at the Met Gala was probably staged

Honestly, I was watching the red carpet stream and saw them 'argue' near the entrance. Tbh, the way they both kept glancing at the cameras felt super fake. Ngl, it reminded me of that time at the MTV Awards where a similar thing happened and it was just for press. Has anyone else noticed how these events always have some weird drama pop up?

Spot stuff like this by watching their body language, not their words. If it looks like they're trying to get the camera's attention while fighting, it's a show. I just ignore it now because giving it any talk online is what they want. Saves you a lot of time getting worked up over nothing.

Wait, you explain this stuff to your cat?

Okay but "fake-angry eyebrow lifts" is such a specific thing to notice... @henry_murray you really sat there and broke down their eyebrow acting for your cat. That's a whole new level of paying attention. My cat would just walk away, she has zero patience for my nonsense. Honestly it's kind of impressive you got that deep into it.

Watching that whole thing made me feel like a detective who just solved the easiest case ever. I got so into it, I started pointing at my screen and explaining the fake-angry eyebrow lifts to my cat. He was not impressed (he's seen better acting in those cat food commercials). I'm basically the target audience for this stuff, which is kind of sad when you think about it.
