I read the Port of LA had over 400,000 containers waiting off the coast during the worst of the delays. It wasn't about anyone's skill, the whole system just broke for a while. Those backlogs still cause random shortages for specific components today. How long is your usual wait for parts right now?

Read what @viola288 said about sleep just being rest. That shocked me. Sleep is when your body repairs damage from the day. Calling it simple rest ignores how crucial it is. Poor sleep wrecks your focus and mood the next morning. Cameron is right that we turned it into a problem. Now people stress over data or ignore it totally, both are bad.
