Robotic calibration issues almost cost me a big job

I think robotic tools are sold before they're ready for real shops. Last month, a new arm kept dropping parts because its grip was too weak. I fixed it by adjusting the pressure settings myself, because the tech support was no help. It saved the job but made me lose faith in the hype. Do you trust these systems yet?
