inSeeing my brother use a drone for site surveys changed my mind.
Old ways" makes drones sound ancient when they're still new tech!

inMy fear of street food vanished after one perfect meal in Hanoi.
That "one perfect meal" thing is so real, it's like a switch flips. I was the same, super wary of any cart or stall for years. Then I had this grilled pork on rice from a lady on a plastic stool in Bangkok, and my whole brain reset. Now I get annoyed at myself for all the overpriced, bland meals I sat through in proper restaurants before that. For me, Bangkok is the spot where you can just point at something sizzling and it will probably change your life.

inRant: Weather stripping my windows fixed the cold drafts overnight.
Sealing up those gaps helps so much. Door sweeps can block cold air from under doors too.

inShowerthought: A pocket fan and a zip-top bag prevented my laser measure from overheating in the sun.
Honestly used to treat my tools the same way, just waiting for them to fail in the heat. Would toss a wet rag on the drill battery and call it a day. Seeing that bag and fan trick is a total game changer though, it's actual prevention. Makes my old fixes look pretty lazy, like just putting a bandage on the problem. Definitely filing this one away for the next hot job.
